Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shroom Time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through Shroomtime.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During sales, product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a meaningful delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Availability

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order if:

  • the order cannot legally be shipped to the destination
  • the product is restricted in the destination state or locality
  • the order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
  • inventory, carrier, or compliance limitations prevent fulfillment

3. Product Shipping Restrictions

Shroom Time products are intended for adults age 21 and older.

Certain products may not be available for shipment to certain states. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive the products in your jurisdiction.

Current restrictions may include, without limitation:

  • Mushroom products not available for shipment to Louisiana
  • Additional restrictions may apply on certain THC products. Make sure to check your local and state laws.

We reserve the right to update restricted shipping locations at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days, if available

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address issues, compliance review, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion.

6. Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped, when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may:

  • require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment
  • cancel the order and refund the product total minus shipping and handling costs
  • hold the order until corrected shipping details are provided

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier handling and final delivery are outside our direct control.

Shroom Time is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • packages marked delivered but not received
  • theft after delivery
  • delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, or events outside our control

If your package appears lost, contact us at Support@Shroomtime.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to assist.

9. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Shroomtime.com and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the product
  • photos of the shipping box and label
  • a brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

10. Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Chocolates bars are sensitive to heat and may occasionally arrive softened or melted during transit. If this occurs, please place the bar flat in the refrigerator until it has fully solidified. Some variation in color or appearance may occur after melting and re-cooling, but this does not affect the quality or potency of the product. To help preserve product integrity, please do not place the bar in the freezer, as freezing may affect the mushroom ingredients.

11. Returns Policy Note

Because melting can occur during normal transit in warm conditions, softened or melted chocolate is not considered damaged and is not eligible for return or replacement.
