Return and Refund Policy

At Shroom Time, we want you to have a great experience. Because many of our products are ingestible wellness items, this Return Policy explains when returns, replacements, store credit, or refunds may be available.

1. Consumable Products

Due to the nature of consumable and ingestible products, all sales are final on opened or used items.

We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products.

2. Eligible Return Situations

You may contact us for help if:

  • your order arrived damaged
  • you received the wrong item
  • an item is missing from your shipment
  • the product arrived defective or unusable

To request assistance, email Support@Shroomtime.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the product
  • photos of the shipping box and label
  • a brief description of the issue

If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Unopened Non-Consumable Merchandise

If Shroom Time sells non-consumable merchandise such as apparel, accessories, or promotional items, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original packaging
  • in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Authorization Required

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender without refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact Support@Shroomtime.com immediately after placing your order.

6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, any refund may be reduced by:

  • original shipping charges
  • return shipping charges
  • handling fees where permitted

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
