At ShroomTime, we want you to have a great experience with every order. Please review the information below regarding Package Protection, shipping timelines, tracking, heat-sensitive products, returns, replacements, store credit, and refunds.
Package Protection Claims
Package Protection is an optional service that may be selected at checkout. Package Protection helps protect eligible orders that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged during carrier handling, subject to claim review and approval.
If Package Protection is not selected at checkout, ShroomTime is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or issuing store credit for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, marked delivered but not received, or damaged during carrier handling.
Package Protection does not guarantee a refund. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement order or store credit depending on the claim type and review outcome.
ShroomTime reserves the right to review repeat claims before approving any replacement or store credit.
Package Protection claim types include:
A package may qualify as lost if tracking shows it was never delivered and has had no tracking update for at least 7 days.
Lost package claims must be filed within 7 days of the package qualifying as lost.
Approved lost package claims may qualify for one replacement order per claim.
A package may qualify as stolen or misdelivered if tracking shows it was delivered, but the customer did not receive it.
Stolen or misdelivered package claims must be filed within 5 days of the tracking delivery notice.
Approved stolen or misdelivered claims may qualify for one replacement order per claim.
A package may qualify as damaged if the item arrives damaged and is unusable.
Damaged package claims require clear photo or video evidence of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
Damaged package claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery.
Approved damaged claims may qualify for a replacement order or store credit.
Heat-sensitive items, including chocolates, gummies, and other temperature-sensitive products, may soften or melt during transit, especially during warmer months.
If your product arrives soft or melted, place it flat in the refrigerator until firm again. Do not freeze. Freezing may affect nootropic ingredients and may cause certain products, especially chocolates, to become very brittle.
If a chocolate bar melts and re-solidifies, the color, shape, or appearance may change.
This does not harm the ingredients or make the product unusable.
We recommend retrieving your package promptly once delivered and storing heat-sensitive products in a cool, dry place or refrigerated when needed.
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible during normal business operations. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, payment verification, weekends, holidays, or other operational factors.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your tracking information in your inbox.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. ShroomTime does not control carrier scan times, delivery delays, or delivery placement once the package has left our facility.
Due to state laws and product restrictions, some products may not be available for shipment to all states.
Shipping restrictions may vary by product type, ingredients, product category, and destination state. If an item cannot be shipped to your state, the order may be canceled or adjusted.
Additional restrictions may apply based on product type and state law.
Consumable Products
Because many products sold by ShroomTime are ingestible, consumable, or otherwise regulated, all sales are final on opened or used items.
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.

If ShroomTime offers non-consumable merchandise such as apparel, accessories, or promotional items, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender without refund or credit.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, any refund may be reduced by:
